Jeff Nunn is a founder-level luxury real estate broker in La Jolla, California, with more than 40 years of experience serving buyers and sellers across San Diego County, including La Jolla, Del Mar, Rancho Santa Fe, Encinitas, and Coastal San Diego. He is the founder and principal of Nunn Realty Group, headquartered in the Village of La Jolla.
Jeff’s career spans multiple luxury and residential markets, including Minneapolis, Minnesota, Tucson, Arizona, and Southern California, giving him a rare, multi-cycle, multi-region perspective on real estate valuation, pricing strategy, and risk management. He has successfully operated through every major modern market cycle, including high-interest-rate environments of the early 1980s, Black Monday (1987), the 1990 recession, the dot-com bubble, September 11, 2001, the 2007–2009 housing collapse, the COVID-era market of 2020, and the volatile post-pandemic market shifts that followed.
Jeff is widely respected for his steady philosophy: “No market condition phases me.” He believes every market presents opportunity when guided by experience, discipline, and sound judgment. This approach allows him to advise clients with clarity during uncertainty and to execute successful transactions regardless of broader economic conditions.
Over his career, Jeff has overseen more than 20,000 real estate transactions, either directly or in a supervisory and compliance capacity, providing him with deep expertise in brokerage operations, fiduciary duty, and regulatory standards. His leadership extends beyond transactions—Jeff has served on the Board of Directors of the Real Estate Brokers Association of La Jolla (REBA), one of the oldest real estate associations in the United States. He served as Treasurer (2012–2014) and was elected President of the 900-member organization (2015–2016).
